Sormiou

Sormiou, the widest and most open of the calanques, ends in a long beach of fine sand — a real rarity among the calanques. With its small port and its two restaurants, it gets lively in summer and is much loved for its cabanonier spirit — the laid-back way of life of the cabanon dwellers. The only road in is famously winding.
